Other than that, we simply ask that you be nice -- think about what you’re posting before you post it, and keep your discussions on topic. Opinions about music may vary, and while we fully expect (and encourage) you to express your passions, we hope you’ll always be considerate of others.

CCM generally does not pre-screen, monitor or edit other content that is posted, but it reserves the right to edit or remove any content that does not comply with the following:
1. By using the comments feature, participating in forum discussions, or adding content to any other part of this website, you agree that you will not post or otherwise distribute any content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing or deceptive;
2. You also agree that you will not display or distribute copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright owner (except as otherwise allowed by law), or infringe any patent, trademark, or other proprietary right of any person;
3. You also agree that you will not post links to websites CCM considers unsuitable, including those that contain racist, pornographic or potentially defamatory material, or that promote commercial products and services without containing material that enhances the subject matter. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned;
4. You also agree that trading, selling or purchasing tickets, instruments or other classical music-related items is done solely at your discretion and without the oversight or involvement of CCM or its sponsor organizations;
5. You also agree that all posts and comments express the views and opinions of the author and not CCM’s sponsor organizations or administrator/s (except for posts by these people), and therefore neither CCM nor its sponsor organizations will be held liable.
