Edgar Cruz, an award-winning, fingerstyle guitarist will be performing at the Cook Park Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville, IL on Saturday, February 18 at 10:30 a.m. Having recorded over 16 CDs and two DVDs in styles ranging from classical to pop to jazz, Cruz has performed over 200 concerts and has played throughout America, Europe and South America.
