Chicago Classical Music

In its final concert of the 2007-2008 season, the Chicago Sinfonietta examines the Blues in its different variations. John Primer, guitarist in the legendary Muddy Waters' band, will join the Sinfonietta on the World Premier of a composition based on his songs, while pianist Leon Bates performs Gershwin. In the second half, we welcome back Adler Planetarium astronomer and video artist José Francisco Salgado for our second multimedia extravaganza set to Pictures at an Exhibition.
